Dragons of Chaos [005/?]

This set is mostly based around dragon cards, and the belief that the Dragon Rulers are banned.

You need to change Burekitsu and Fenrir's types; Dragon-Warrior and God are NOT legal card Types.

Anyway, I'll CnC on them individually.

Burekitsu

1 Dragon-Type FIRE monster + 1 Dragon-Type WATER monster
Cannot be destroyed by card effects. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy all monsters on the field; OR destroy all Spell/Trap Cards on the field.

In essence, this card is either an instant Dark Hole or Heavy Storm when it hits the field. Also factor in the fact it's immune to destruction card effects means it can walk over Exciton and not fear things like Mirror Force, Torrential and so on.

Summoning-requirement-wise, it's gimmicky to pull it off in a consistent Deck, but it can be done without much difficulty.

Shi no Akuma

When this card is Summoned: Both player's Life Points become 1000. This card cannot attack if both player's Life Points are equal. During the End Phase that this card was Summoned, return this card to the hand.

Essentially a game closer by virtue of its effect; unless you somehow change your Life Points to be a different amount than the opponent, it's essentially a -2 in its summoning (outside of its LP cutting effect). Or in another sense, it can used to drop your opponent down to your level, should they not have taken significant damage.

Given its capacities to end the game quickly, especially when it can be revived from the Graveyard should you discard it (or opponent nukes it), this needs to be a Nomi [much like most other Spirit Monsters are]

Fenrir

2 Level 10 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; banish all cards on the field and in the hand and Graveyard.

Essentially this thing is a complete game-wipe, considering its effect to banish everything [in essence, a double-edged worse variant of Trishula]. Last effect isn't necessary unless you opt not to use its destruction effect. You probably wanted it to say "all other cards" or something, but then that would make it extremely broken.

That being said, it's still a R10 4k monster. I'd like to remind you that several Decks are capable of making Rank 10s with relative ease. Either you add more restrictions on its materials (such as raising it to 3 and/or requiring a specific Type/Attribute), or nerf its stats somewhat.

Holy Dragon Ikiishi

Cannot be Normal Summoned or set. Must first be Special Summoning by banishing Dragon-Type monsters whose total Levels equal 20 or more in your Graveyard.

Well, I can certainly see why this would be used in conjunction with Rulers (given 3 of the main ones fulfill this card's relatively high Summoning condition). Outside of that, would probably do some thing in Chaos Decks in conjunction with Eclipse and other things.

That being said, it is also Rank 10 fodder for that Xyz or whatever R10s that exist; or as a 2.8k beater. Outside of it, this card doesn't have too much of a niche.

Feruniku

When this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When this face-up card is destroyed by battle with an opponent's attacking monster: Destroy that monster. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect: You can destroy another monster you control instead. During the End Phase, if this card is in the Graveyard: You can pay 500 Life Points; Special Summon this card in Defense Position.

This card discourages your opponent from trying to kill it, otherwise they die as well (unless their monster doesn't really care or if it's endgame). By virtue of the last effect, you'll essentially have a regenerating wall (or piercer) every turn, provided you have Life Points to spare. As for its third effect, it's nice when you need to protect it from targeting destruction like Moralltach/Sakuretsu and so on, but given a lot of card destruction is sweep-style (i.e. Exciton, Torrential, Mirror Force), etc, it doesn't do too much good. Regardless, it's still good at what it does.

As for writing OCG, I would advise reading the guide in RC-Singles to learn how to write better. In addition, fix those two cards that I told you.
