evilfusion Posted September 22, 2014 Report Share Posted September 22, 2014 Card is very, very good. Granted, you have to control a Gagaga Magician, but Gagaga cards are surprisingly searchable. Then you can revive any monster in your Graveyard, with absolutely no restrictions, only that its Level changes to match Magician's. Which is...not a problem at all. No effect negation, no limits on Summon or attacking, etc. Granted, anime and manga cards tend to be OP like that. There would definitely be something to limit it if it was printed.
