I'm not sure about Astral Force in here, since it seems like it'd be a dead draw most of the time, especially if you've got a synchro or an Xyz that isn't Drago-SAC. Plus, Babylon is really, really underwhelming, and there are a bunch of other cards that can take its place and be somewhat more useful. Also, is vertical landing useful in here? I've run it and never liked or needed it, as often I'd either have enough tokens or need MPBs much more than I needed tokens. Also you could probably drop the Stealth Rays for another O-Lion and another Tetherwolf or Coltwing.

The astral force isn't that bad, and most of the time I'm not top decking it it anyway.  Vertical landing is very useful in 2 ways:  (1) on the first turn if you use it on olion you get 2 tokens and another normal summon, allowing you to make plays turn 1.  (2) allows you to get rid of some monsters if you have too many to activate Scramble!! Scramble!!.  The rays are there so that i can make Phantom fortress without astral force or floatress into jac.  also they can make bounzer so that a thing, while also setting them has a good chance of getting a free token.  Plus, they can S/T pop, and since i don't run MST, that's very useful.  as for Babylon, he is mostly there as a beater that i can go into once I've used Phantom's units.  I mean the best play in this deck is scramble into Helliard + Coltwing > pop with colt > Xyz for draco > summon tokens and pop > astral into Phantom > banish with phantom.  Next turn: Add back astral > use Phantom > rank up for babylon and slap.

-1 Blackfalcon (maybe even take out both)
+1 Harrliard
-2 Ray (you really don't need it, it's suboptimal)
-2 that awful level 7
+1 Tetherwolf
-2 Vertical Landing (please don't point out suboptimal 2 card combos to justify your case, most of the time it's dead)
+3 Scapegoat (this is an absolute STAPLE in MPB)
+1 Olion
+1-2 Machina Fortress
+Foolish Burial

Don't make a Deck by just putting in 2 of everything you think is remotely useful and then 3 of the absoluate staples. Actually consider each card.

Other cards to consider putting in:
Creature Swap
Enemy Controller
Monster Gate
Soul Charge
Mystical Space Typhoon
