I don't hate her, and she certainly improved in the last case or two, but she was kind of just…annoying at times beforehand. Seriously, I think you'll find other characters you really like along the way. I would list but spoilers and junk. I'm sure she's not but I found her great from the short bit I saw in the demo. Don't you just…dip the ice cream scooper or whatever in a cup of warm water before trying to get the ice cream out each time, so that you don't risk breaking the scooper and the ice cream gets softer?
