Making cards again finally planned a stable archetype.Let's start with the strongest card first.

 

(Yeah really long effect)

 

LORE :

1 Tuner + 1 WATER Level 5 Monster
This card is unaffected to all card effects exept "Ice Guardian
Fortress" the turn it is Synchro Summoned. This card gain 400 ATK for every "Ice Guiardian" monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 200 Life Points, Target 1 card your opponent controls, that card's effects are negated and it cannot attack and when that target leaves the field, draw 1 card. You can only use "Frylarth Ultimate Overlordd" once per turn. And when this card is sent to the Graveyard, banish it instead.

1 Tuner + 1 Level 5 WATER Monster
During the turn this card is Synchro Summoned, it is unaffected by other card effects except "Ice Guardian Fortress" . This card gain 400 ATK for every "Ice Guardian" monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 200 Life Points: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; it cannot attack and its effects are negated. When that target leaves the field: Draw 1 card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, banish it instead.

 

This is essentially a 2-mat Synchro, which means a Level 5 Tuner + Level 5 WATER monster. While there are a decent amount of them, none would have much synergy with this card.

 

In terms of its second effect, it essentially turns whatever monster you chose into a Vanilla and nets you a free draw when it goes off the field. 200 LP is extremely cheap for what it does, even with the requirements. Make the cost more substantial and strip the draw effect; negating a monster's attack/effects is fine, assuming cost is higher.

 

The second to last line made no sense, so I took it out.
