This card is based on the Trap-Spell card from the Yu-Gi-Oh! R Manga with the same name.

 

 

During the turn this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, you can activate 1 Trap Card from your hand.

Well, this cards idea is nice.

However those cards really need to have strong effects.

Otherwise you'd make your hand shrink like hell and giving your opponent easy win.

You'd do well to remember that this is an anime/manga concept; and he even linked you to the original.

 

As for the card itself, looking at it, the effect is essentially copy+pasted. While we do allow you to recreate anime/manga-only cards (and this is the section to post such things like Trap-Spell), you need to adapt it in your own way. This means designing a new effect for it.

Normally it should be like this.  (Like the pendulum cards) but the trap-spell layout has its own color :P
