VlausHieme
Banish 1 monster you control until your opponent's next End Phase: Draw 2 cards. You can not Special Summon during the turn you activate "Rotting Dandy Luck". You can only activate "Rotting Dandy Luck" once per turn.Your thoughts? JessicaMuddy
Seems interesting, and could be used effectively in Exodia Decks or something. I like the Skullduggery Pleasant pic. And now, an OCG fix. Banish 1 monster you control until your opponent's next End Phase: to Draw 2 cards. You can not Special Summon during the turn you activate "Rotting Dandy Luck". You can only activate one "Rotting Dandy Luck" once per turn. Hope I did good with it.

Nobita Nobi
umm its OP, especially since its quickplay can be used to save a monster AND draw 2, you can even use token for the banish target....the special summon drawback is barely a drawback at all since it can be used in the opponent turn, and if used with a card that benefit from being banished.... i recommend the banishing part to permanent banish face-down, and doesnt allow token for the banishing and most importantly make it a normal spell instead also ocg fix: Banish 1 monster you control; Draw 2 cards. You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Rotten Dandy Luck per turn.
newhat
Too strong, too easy to use, generic. Set off during your opponent's turn, trading some Battle Damage for a +1 that briefly sends a monster out and brings it back. You can also use it to avoid effects that would destroy your monster on your opponent's turn. Even as a Normal Spell Card it would have too much value. bloorocksDotD
It needs to be a normal spell that permanently banishes and can't target tokens, even then still op because necroface
