Well I was going to do a DARK Winged Beast-Type card but I don't know where to look for one (that's not deviantart I tried looking for one but no luck). Anyways, here it is.

 

 

 

2 Level 4 monsters

Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Add 1 Winged Beast-Type monster from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, discard 1 card from your hand. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Winged Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.

Being able to freely tutor a monster regardless of Level is particularly risky. I'm not sure what dangerous Winged Beasts can be fished out with this card.

It probably is a good idea to restrict the search to level 4 or lower winged beast monsters, 'cause that's a lot of targets for a generic 2-mat rank 4.
