[spoiler='Card Text']

Reveal 2 "Vylon" cards in your hand: shuffle up to 3 cards from your hand into the Deck, then apply this effect, depending on the number of cards shuffled into the Deck. You can only active 1 "Vylon Acumen" per turn. You cannot Special Summon any monsters the turn you activate this effect, except "Vylon" monsters.
● 1: Set 1 "Vylon" Spell Card directly from your Deck.
● 2: Draw 3 cards, then, shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck.

● 3: Add up to 3 "Vylon" cards from your deck to your hand.

Basic Info

Cardcar D, Cyber ValleyShining Angel, & Trident Warrior

While you may only be able to Special Summon Vylon monsters you can still Normal Summon or Set other monsters. Here are a few that can still be useful under this condition.

Vylon Cards (shuffle effect)

This one seems like a no brainier but you can actually use the shuffling effect to put any unwanted Vylon cards from your hand back into the deck. This effect can combo off other cards (like Vylon Element).

Effect 1 Combo(s)

Vylon Element

A quick way to get Vylon Element onto field in a similar fashion to the Fire Formation cards.

Vylon Polytope

An under looked Quick-Play that can special summon any number of Vylon monsters that are being treated as Equip Cards in face-up Defense Position. Does seem like a win-more card but still has it's uses.

Effect 3 Combo(s)

Vylon Cube

While you may want Vylon Cube in your deck for some plays a majority of the time you want a Vylon tuner in hard for your starting plays. Cards like Thunder Seahorse can search for Vylon Prism but cube's effect to add an Equip Spell when used for the Synchro Summon of a LIGHT monster is true value.

I think the Vylon archetype needed some love, so I decided to make a card that can give them some consistency. I know this can be dangerous since Vylon's are known for their notorious Kay'est loop for potential OTKs. Because of this I decided to give the card a reveal 2 cost, restrict the card's activation to once per turn, and limited the Special Summoning to Vylon monsters only during the turn you activate the card.

I'm not too familiar with Vylons and their OTK but I think the card is fine. The drawbacks should be enough keep in check any potential abuse.

My only concern is shuffling 1~3 cards into the deck as a cost, because if you choose 3 and the opponent negates it, you will take a huge blow in card advantage (-3 cards). My suggestion is to place that "cost" as a part of the effect (e.g. Moray of Greed, Photon Veil), so you won't take further loses if the Spell is negated.

Suggested fix:

Reveal 2 "Vylon" cards in your hand: Shuffle up to 3 cards from your hand into the Deck, then apply this effect, depending on the number of cards shuffled into the Deck. You can only active 1 "Vylon Acumen" per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters during the turn you activate this card, except "Vylon" monsters.
● 1: Set 1 "Vylon" Spell Card directly from your Deck.
● 2: Draw 3 cards, then, shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck.

● 3: Add up to 3 "Vylon" cards from your deck to your hand.
