It's effect reads: This card only be Special Summoned from your Hand, Deck or Graveyard by having 1 "Dark Magician," and 1 "Dark Magician Girl" in the graveyard and the Spell Card "Monetary Value" in play. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects targeting this card. This cards effects cannot be negated. For every spell/trap card set while this monster is in play it gains 550 ATK and 440 DEF. If a field spell were to be played while "New Dark Magician" is on the field then this card would be destroyed and removed from play. Whenever this card leaves the field in any way whoever controls this card will take his ATK as effect damage. If the Spell card "Monetary Value" were to leave the field for any reason, this Monster is to be sent to the Graveyard and the controller of this Monster will take his ATK as Effect Damage. This monster cannot attack your opponent directly.

Basic Rules 10/11 say:

 

Please post your card's lore underneath; it makes it easier for members to read your effects and also fix your OCG if need-be (should it prove hard to understand).
Warnings will not be issued if you don't post a lore for cards that can be clearly read; however you will be warned for not posting a lore for a card with 7+ lines of text (which is small print).

Do not post your cards in another member's thread, or else it will be considered as spamming.

 

 

These kinds of threads aren't allowed in Pop Culture, in the sense that you make a thread for others to post their cards; unless you're doing a collaboration with them.

Also post the lore underneath your card, especially because it's 9 lines of text and is very difficult to read.

Just open the cardmaker in another tab and copy the effect text you wrote for the card into this post.

 

You can just use the edit tab and place it underneath card.
