You can also Xyz Summon this card by discarding 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card and using a rank 4 Spellcaster-Type Xyz monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: you can attach 1 "Number" monster whose rank is less then or equal to this card's rank other then "Number CX: Variable Magician" from your extra deck to this card as an xyz material. During each Standby Phase: increase this card's rank by 2. During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. Once per turn, during either player's turn: you can activate this effect; choose 1 "Number" monster that is attached to this card. Until the End Phase this card's original ATK becomes that monster's original ATK and it gains that monster's effects.

 

I decided to post this in case there are over powered combos I didn't think of, since there are around 100 different cards you can use this with if it stays out long enough.
