If this card destroys an Opponent's monster by battle, you can add 1 Non-Effect Ritual Monster, and 1 Ritual Spell card that lists the Ritual Monster's name in it's text, from your Deck to your hand. If you Ritual Summon a Non-Effect Ritual Monster, this 1 card can be used as the entire Tribute. Then, you can Banish this card from your Graveyard and Target that monster: It gains 1000 ATK until your next End Phase. Send this card to the Graveyard during the End Phase of a turn in which it was Summoned.[/spoiler]Cannot be Special Summoned. Trebuchet MS
It's kind of nice to see non-Effect Rituals get some love. The ATK boost should be enough for them to at least beat many other monsters of their Level, which they usually couldn't do before. A little disappointed that the boost is temporary - a permanent boost would be nice since otherwise you'd be left with a usually subpar monster that you've made a small but significant investment into.
