Monarch King
Cannot be Special Summoned. This card can be treated as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a "Mega Monarch" monster. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, you can change the Attribute of this monster. There is "The First Monarch" which has similar effect but Mega Monarchs remain unplayable. I would like to see Mega Monarchs go to Tier 2 and why not Tier 1 but this won't happen unless the support of a new monster which will help to summon them. So i choose this one. You can search for it with RotA.
Slinky
I wouldn't run this even in Monarch.dek. It's too slow and it will never survive a turn for it to be tributed in the first place. Monarchs don't need this, nor do they want to touch it with a 10 foot pole.

I will fix somehow its eff so it cannot be destroyed by battle once per turn.

(GigaDrillBreaker)
Perhaps give a second normal summon on summon, but only for "monarch" monsters. (Think yosenju~>yosenju~>daiba, but with one fewer tribute). That makes it a searchable 'kaibaman' for the monarch archetype, which increases speed greatly, to the point of potentially being broken. Of course, this speed increase makes the protection effect pointless, and it may as well be removed.
