When this card is normal summoned you can special summon 1 Reborn monster from your deck, hand, or graveyard.

Anyway, Horror is NOT a realistic subtype. Remember that you are in the Realistic Card sections; stuff needs to be formatted as if Konami would be printing this (if ever). Use one of the 23 existing Types; closest here is Fiend.

 

In a nutshell, this card is essentially a Rank 11 enabler on its own; given what it does. Granted, the only R11 monsters in existence right now (including anime/manga stuff) are Skypalace Babylon [or whatever its name is] and Number 84; former requires an additional material (but you can probably Inferno Reckless this or something for a third) and we don't know what the latter does.

 

 

OCG fix:

 

You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but if you do, this card's original ATK becomes 0. If this card was Normal Summoned this way, destroy it during your next Main Phase 1. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Reborn" monster (from your hand, Deck or Graveyard).

 

So basically, this card kills itself upon summoning; should you not use 2 tributes to Normal Summon this. Frankly, you'd probably just use this for Xyz spam.

 

Considering you can SS a monster from anywhere (save the banished zone), I would restrict it to the hand or Graveyard AND add on a restriction clause that you cannot use said monster to Xyz that turn.

 

In essence though, you only have 1 Reborn monster, so have to grade you on its interaction with multiple copies of self; and that's not good.
