Blake
Junk Berserker points:Has better tuner coverage, making it more accessibleFairly consistently swings at a total of "4000" ATKDestroys monsters (like Shaddolls) without ever flipping them face-up, meaning you'll likely dodge their disruption effectsNitro Warrior points:2800 naturally crashes with Qliphorts/a negated ConstructBetter against Nekroz and Ritual Beasts due to Nyarla and the plethora of defense position summoning effectsStill useful against dolls for pushing, though usually marginally worse than Junk BerserkerCan become 3800 for no real cost, though it lacks consistencyWarrior is a great name to haveBoth have merits, and while I lean towards Nitro due to name/effect, Berserker is more accessible... It's a really hard decision, and though the latter technically has more pros, the better tuner coverage is a much stronger pro than some of Nitro's. Slinky
I'd go Nitro. It's always been my favorite one next to Junk Warrior. Berserker is great and all, it just feels as though it lacks something.
iCherries
Even if Berserker does stop the flip effects, he'll still just set off their second effects. So it's really more of picking your poison.I prefer Nitro Warrior only because attacking twice without some kind of ridiculous catch feels amazing. The +1000 is neat but my main miff with him is the fact that Nitro Synchron can't be any better. Quickdraw solves the problem, but...
Toffee.
Berserker isn't once per turn, if that means anything. And I always liked Nitro, for being a weird Dark Gaia.
玄魔の王
I'd personally rank Junk Archer higher than either of these, simply because it gets a threat off the field without resorting to battle. Of the two, Berserker is Arguably the better one.

玄魔の王
Junk Archer only really works against Xyzs. That said, I really do love the card. It's also great for OTKs, which the Deck can do marvelously now.
newhat
Berserker is better if you have any Junk monsters to banish. Nitro is situationally good but not worth the spot.
