iCherries
Target 5 monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all 5 into the Deck, then draw 2 cards.lets say this gets reprinted in english synchron extreme and goes to 1 for a format

Blake
God damn Out of every broken card on the list Despite everything I know about this card, about design Fuck I miss hitler waifu pot ;~;
newhat
It is a giant upside with the "drawback" of thickening your Deck with monsters if you don't return to the Extra. It's also stupid stupid in Stellars.
Expelsword
Thickening your deck isn't really even a downside if you're putting back one card Extra Deck monsters like Debris or Tour Guide. I doubt this will come back ever, with Duplicity on the scene. Or you know, because it's insane now.
Toffee.
Oh the days of when getting 5 Monsters in the Graveyard, at a realistic pace, was unheard of...
Expelsword
I remember I used this all the way back in Dark Paladin so I could mitigate Poly's -3. Remember when Fusion cards actually cost you something to use?
玄魔の王
What was the Deck and format that brought this to the mainstream again? I remember it sitting out until partway through 5D's era.
Slinky
What was the Deck and format that brought this to the mainstream again? I remember it sitting out until partway through 5D's era. Earliest archetype I remember that mained it was T.Gs. I assume it was used in Synchro.dek too, but Synchro.dek never really got anywhere as it was more of a spammy spammy to get synchroes on the field. Lonk
What was the Deck and format that brought this to the mainstream again? I remember it sitting out until partway through 5D's era. T.G. Tengu Synchro, if memory serves.
Blake
T.G.s were never a Synchro deck and were hardly the reason this card was used. It was limited when T.G.s came out, or at least had been.Avarice was limited from September 2005 until September 2007, when it was semi'd for a format. Then it was unlimiited until September 2011; The end of 5D's and plants were rampant at first. They shaped March 2011 format along with. March was right after Sam format, so.It's been on/off banned/limited ever since. So, it's always been an absurd card. It let up for a bit, but plants abused it more than anything. T.G.s had no bearing on Avarice being limited again.Possibly FishTK, too.

Miror B
Maybe I'm just dumb, but you'll have to explain this one to me. The only fusion-based decks that matter at the moment have Polys that don't cost any sort of resources to use.
heraldry_lord
The only fusion-based decks that matter at the moment have Polys that don't cost any sort of resources to use. I know that, but what I'm trying to say is that they are the only ones that matter precisely because they're costless, so lamenting about Fusion cards no longer having real costs is kinda pointless in my view. You can disagree with me, but that's where I stand. Trying to get back on-topic, I kinda grew to hate Avarice, since I've watched a number of players (online at least) burn through their resources as their opponent is grinding them out, only to recover some of it back and continue bringing the pain, and this was during the Synchro era. I won't throw a fit if it returns, but I won't be too happy about it.
