NAME: Heaven or Hell

 

CARD TYPE: SPELL / FIELD

 

DARK and LIGHT monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF, also monster with other attributes lose 500 200 ATK and DEF for every DARK monster you control. Once per turn: You can target 1 banished DARK OR LIGHT monster; Special Summon that target, if you do, you can return 1 banished LIGHT OR DARK monster to its owner Graveyard. You cannot Special Summon any other monster during the turn you activated this effect.

500 ATK and DEF seems way to high for both effects, because thats a 1000 difference if you battle a monster with any attribute other than light or dark.  Also you should probably add some kind of cost or downside to the effect, because special summoning any dark monster with no cost is a little ridiculous.  This card works well too well with allure of darkness.

I totally agree with you, 250 points should be enough.

I know you're new and all, but why do you think (x) amount of points is enough for this effect?

Hopefully, you've read the rules of this section and saw the Advanced Clause part.

 

It's fine to agree with other users, but at least give your own input.

 

(Also keep in mind that current Konami cards increase/decrease points by a number that's divisible by 100; you only see 250 and other things in the manga)

Anyway, this gives Chaos Decks even more advantage that they deserve to have, coupled with Eclipse Wyvern and a bunch of other things.

 

The straight 500 boost for your monsters is fine, BUT the other effect needs to be toned down. I'd reduce it to 200 per monster; considering there are a few DARK decks that can maintain field advantage, and with this current effect, can effectively strip your opponent of more than half, if not all of their attacking/defending power. If not that, tone down of them down to equal amounts (as noted, 200-300 should be fine)

 

Indeed though, the SSing effect needs to have a substantial cost on it, because giving a free LIGHT/DARK Special Summon is pushing it; considering what currently exists out there. There are some cards besides Allure that could readily abuse it, such as Dark Armed / Creator and so on.
