Toffee.
You can Discard 1 Beast-Type monster: Special Summon 1 Beast-Type monster from your hand or Deck with a Level lower then the current Levels of all face-up Beast-Type monsters you currently control. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can Banish this card: Add 1 Beast-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. You can only activate 1 effect of "Tribal-Cheetah" per turn, and only once that turn. If this card is the only Beast-Type monster you control, it cannot attack.So... How about them Tanuukis?By itself, it can grab stuff like Key Mouse/Moja/Uniflora/etc.Adding at least 1 more Level to that lets it grab stuff like Valleryfawn/etc, and so on, and so on. Spinny
This card is well balanced (since tanuukis arent that great right now anyway). I love the concept of what it does, sacrifice and the tribal thing is pretty nice. Flavorful and impactful, its nice.
Toffee.
This card is well balanced (since tanuukis arent that great right now anyway). You know... This just occurred to me...Much like damn near every other card that Tanuukis can use, this card is also bonkers with Obedience Schooled, in the sense that:Schooled into Tree Otter, a Level 1 Tuner, and a Level 2.Make Thunder UnicornNormal this, and use the effect to grab Valerifawn.Valerifawn into Tree Otter.Otter's effect boosts Unicorn to 3200Make 64 using This and Fawn.64 spawns a 3200 TokenOR...When you make Naturia Beast/etc from Schooled, you can play this and play a Level 5 Beast from the Deck to overlay for something like ZW Leo Arms.Or, you know, just use this to make a 2nd Naturia Beast, on top of your existing one, which is just too fucking hilarious by itself.'Course, all of these will just prove to be gimmicky, but still... -Griffin
So I look at this card and see it's a floater 1800 ATK level 2, but then I see that it'd actually be stronger with a higher level and that feels weird but okay. This feels like a beast-specific Summoning Priest with a OPT clause, that's actually stronger in many situations, and floats if it's ever left on the field, and is a 1800 beater most of the time.It feels like a very powerful card, although I don't know the current meta well enough to say how Decks with it would perform relative to that. If there is any powerful beast Deck, this thing could definitely get a shout now and then, if they have good ways to swarm (since this is so multiplicative with your other Beasts). I'm very cautious about it, but with the safety clauses I think it should be a powerful, balanced card.

Which, honestly, is something it's desired deck tend to lack, outside of ramming Tokens into things of equal value.
