The Summon-from-the-hand one is.... Fine. It still accomplishes the goal of what they go for, and sets up additional plays, much like some of the existing ones do.
The Trap-miller is sexy.
The Banish one is amusing, but also incredibly incredibly silly. Oh, and potential Leviair plays.

Libic seems to make Rubic much more versatile. Pretty much it's one main choice for its effect or if there are any BA during your opponent's turn that needs to have ran off it. Cagna makes Fire Lake and The Traveler more consistent, but they're still pretty iffy and so is the choice of this card. Since Good & Evil is yet to be seen, dunno if this card really has bigger potential. Farfa is too hilarious. At least something like Winda/Midrash will be out of the way for a turn so you would get Virgil to threaten her next turn. Either way he f**ks up Xyzs good.

And the artwork for BA is sexy as usual.

Fire Lake is possibly the best card in the deck and is an auto-win against Qliphort. How is that iffy? ._.
