Blackwing - Swayne the Third Quarter

Attribute: DARK

Level: 2

[ Winged Beast / Tuner / Effect ]

If you control a "Blackwing" monster other than "Blackwing - Swayne the Third Quarter", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Blackwing - Swayne the Third Quarter" once per turn this way. When Summoned this way; you can increase the level of this card (max. 5). This card gains ATK equal to it's Level x 300. Cannot be used as a Synchro Material, except for a Synchro Summon of a "Blackwing" monster or "Black-Winged Dragon".

ATK: 400     DEF: 1300

when you say (max 5), do you mean its max level or the max number of levels it can gain? If it can gain 5 Levels, then dear God, it's OP. If 5 is the max level, then, Id suggest giving it a bit of a drawback to balance it. Blackwings swarm as-is. This guy SS'ing himself and becoming an instant 1900 with no tribute, no drawback, and simply by ss'ing a blackwing (which, lets be honest, is as easy to do as breathing)...it's a bit much. Maybe prevent it from being used a synchro material during the turn it is ss'ed?

Pretty sure 5 is the max level, also not summoning the turn it's used would break the point of this card, since it can't survive the opponent's turn anyway.
No battle phase clause / return synch to deck at the end phase / etc something else would do
