Effect: This card can not be summoned especially if you invoke this letter atk and def equals the attack and defense of all monsters in your Graveyard, including synchro and fusion, no ritual monsters.No can be destroyed by effect of monsters, spell, trap.

Roughly translated into proper OCG (because I know English isn't your primary language, and the translator blows it at times):

 

Cannot be Special Summoned. This card's ATK/DEF are equal to the combined ATK/DEF of all monsters in your Graveyard. Cannot be destroyed by card effects.

 

Anyway, you need to include the usual "Must be Tribute Summoned by tributing 3 monsters..." effect; you can look it up on the Yugioh Wikia.

That said though, it gets absurdly powerful depending on the Deck, and what time you have this card out.

 

Unless you have Breakthrough Skill, 101 or some other non-destruction effect; OR can figure out a way to take it down in battle (would require a very high ATK to match); this card's essentially an OTK on its own.
