It wouldn't surprise me; Shock Master is a huge reason Tellars were able to compete in the OCG.

 

Then again, Nekroz would just be arriving, and Shock Master would actually hurt the deck.

I doubt that Konami would actually do that, but it would be quite interesting indeed to see such a thing occur.

Hmm. Shock Master made me think about Wind-Ups, and how they used it, and I now I kinda want to do the Hunter loop again. ;)

 

Such fun. 

 

However, would the loop be viable today? 

 

Against BA, you're basically setting off their effects for them. Same goes for Shaddolls. 

 

On the other hand, it does hurt Qlips and Nekroz.

 

Probably should not come back, but it's interesting to see how the loop has gotten weaker because of all these floaters and the like.

With regards to this topic; Seraphs only had relevance in the OCG because Shock Master was still a thing. And nothing else.
TCG has been without Shock for quite a while now; Konami wouldn't Limit it just to push these, as it would be a fucking stupid idea.
Satellars fell off the face of the earth anyway.

So really, I doubt these will leave that big of an impact.
I mean, sure, you could maybe play Delteros(w/e) more, but everything now-a-days just laughs at it.
