Revenge!

This one doesn't look to overpowered, but I don't understand. One effect keeps your monster from dying at all this turn, and the other effect is used when it's destroyed in battle. How does this make sense?
Also, piercing damage is only given when a monster attacks a defense position card, so I'm not sure that's even possible during your opponent's turn (except maybe against Superheavy Samurai)

Ok, so it either is a Waboku for only one monster, except you still take battle damage, or it turns your monster into Amazoness Sword Woman.

For the first effect, it is already outclassed by a few cards like the aforementioned Waboku (which works on all of your monsters and also prevents battle damage, though some early versions of the card forgot to put that on there) and Threatening Roar (which stops your opponent from attacking at all for the turn). This card is much more versatile than those, however, because it has a second effect. This effect is weaker than Magic Cylinder (which stops the attack and inflicts a lot of damage - usually over a fourth of their starting Life Points - to them), but usually cards that could be either effect tend to be not as good as the cards they're trying to emulate; making this card be either Waboku or Magic Cylinder isn't exactly a good idea.

When it comes down to choosing which effect you're going to use, you're going to use the first effect in almost every case, the only exception being when the battle damage you're switching to your opponent would win you the game. This is because spending one card (this card) to prevent yourself from incurring a natural -1 from losing your monster to battle is much more worthwhile than losing both this and your monster (a -1 that triggers off of a natural -1 from battle) just to deal a little bit of damage. Personally, when it comes to cards like these, I'd like for both effects to be around the same level of usefulness so you don't stick to using just one of the effects over and over. For the second effect, you can have it destroy the opponent's monster that destroyed the monster in question (but still let your monster be destroyed) while still inflicting the damage. This makes it a Sakuretsu Armor with a little bit of damage for your opponent, optimal for taking out your opponent's tougher and more problematic monsters. As for the first effect, you can also prevent battle damage from battles with your monster. This way, you'll use the first effect if you really value your monster, and the second if you need to get rid of a problem card.

Activate only When your opponent declares a monster you control is targeted for an attack: Activate 1 of these effects.

* Your monster cannot be destroyed by battle until the end of this turn. (Damage calculation is applied normally.)

* If your monster is destroyed by that battle, inflict piercing damage to your opponent takes any battle damage instead of you would have taken from that battle.

"Piercing damage" is only inflicted when a Defense Position monster is being attacked, and the ATK of the attacking monster > DEF of the attack target. Under no other circumstances will it be considered piercing damage.

Under most circumstances, you'd want to protect your own monster from destruction unless the damage is going to be game-ending. Spending a card for numbers isn't ideal in Yugioh, where card advantage is almost everything. Unless you're a Burn Deck where almost all your resources goes against this mentality to count to 8000 before your opponent does.

Being a strange medium between two similar underplayed cards (Waboku and Magic Cylinder) often results in the card being underplayed itself, despite flexibility being a selling point for it. Observe Impenetrable Attack, which takes parts of Waboku and parts of Pinpoint Guard and welds them together. Does it see play in the current game? No, outside of casual games.

I refuse to give numerical scores outside of judging, by the way.
