Blaze Pyro Posted January 31, 2015 Report Share Posted January 31, 2015 Keeping in with other Dark World names, I feel like its name should be based on a colour e.g. Turrqe, Cyaan, even Curnfflor (lol). When a monster you control is targeted by a card effect: Negate that effect and discard 1 card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 "Dark World" monster in your graveyard; add that target to your hand. Anyway, it's a very nice card, but Dark World have no way of actually making it. I'd make it so it can be Xyzed on top of a Fiend-Type Xyz monster (like Downerd/Gaia Dragon), or 2 DARK Fiend-Type monsters. Also, I'd make it 2800 ATK and 1700 DEF, just so there's something bigger than 3000 in Dark World under Gates, and some difference to just Grapha. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted February 7, 2015 Report Share Posted February 7, 2015 I hate to break it to you, but because you made this card's Xyz Materials to be generic, ANY Deck that can afford to run Rank 5s just got access to a easy 2.8k beater that can screw with 101/Castel and the like (regarding targeting effects); however it costs you a discard. With that in mind, recall that Adreus/Tiras essentially set the standard for Rank 5 generic monsters. Yeah, it's meant to work in Dark Worlds; but the only monsters in that Deck are Silva and Goldd. Keep in mind that I am not familiar with how the Deck works, so I can't really say whether or not this card actually works for them. Only other Deck I can think of that could probably use this is Shaddolls; assuming you either have Beast or Winda out as materials; but I haven't seen them use Xyz; even if this card can trigger their "send" effects. ----- I would advise lowering its ATK to 2400-2500 if you intend to keep it generic, OR put some form of restriction on its summoning materials. Black Temple Gaurdian Posted February 8, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 8, 2015 It does suffer the same affliction as LADD (non-optional effect), so unless a deck likes Discarding (Infernity?
