During each of your Standby Phases, you must pay 1000 Life Points. Ug, do we really need another form of vanity's? Sure you have to pay 1000 LP each standby but that means, assuming (a) you don't get damaged and (b) your opponent does not have / does not draw into backrow removal that is 8 turns of guaranteed shutdown. At least with Vanity's it killed itself if you did anything more than normal summon or activate a monster effect.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Considering that Extra Deck summons are common lately (also factoring in Pendulums for certain cases), this falls into the definition of a floodgate .Saber helpfully wrote a definition for. By doing so, it essentially kills about 80+% of the current Decks out there; Monarchs probably won't care much abut this card's effect, since they don't normally utilize an Extra Deck to begin with. There's probably others that I missed, but yeah this sort of card is not cool. Granted, it's not as bad as Vanity's Emptiness (since you can still SS from the hand and stuff), but still a design to be avoided. As Progenitor already mentioned, unless your opponent either MSTs (or whatever removal) this thing or doesn't mind their Extra Deck being cut off, the 1000 LP maintenance cost really doesn't help to balance it; even if you do need to block your LP from damage and other stuff.
