Introducing the Evolved Kingdom Neos and Chaos Plasma!!!

Elemental HERO Brave Kingdom Neos
lv 8 Light
Warrior/Fusion/Effect
"Elemental HERO Neos" + 1 "Winged Kuriboh" Monster
(This card name is always treated as "Elemental HERO Kingdom Neos")
This card can only be summoned by Fusion Summon, it cannot be summoned any other way. This card is unaffected by your opponents Monster effects. During the Battle-Phase, when this card attacks: apply one of the following effects:
* This card is unaffected by your opponents Spell and Trap Cards until the end of the Battle-Phase.
* Increase this cards ATK by 300 for each card the field until the end of the Battle-Phase.
* If this card attacks a Monster in defence position with a DEF lower than this cards ATK: inflict the difference as battle damage during damage calculation this turn.
When this card leaves the field: reduce all damage you take this turn to 0.

This card can only be summoned by Xyz Summon, it cannot be summoned any other way. This card is unaffected by your opponents Monster effects. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; apply 1 of the following effects:
* Select 1 Monster your opponent controls: attach it to this card as a Xyz Material.
* Discard 1 Monster from your hand; inflict damage equal to the ATK of the discarded card. This card cannot attack during the turn you activated this effect.
* Select 1 Spell or Trap card on the field: destroy it. Your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to this effect.
When this card leaves the field: reduce all damage you take this turn to 0.

When this card is summoned: the level of all Monsters you control become Level 8. During the turn you activate this effect: you cannot Special Summon Monsters except "Destiny HERO" Monsters.

Effect: When this card leaves the field Special Summon 2 Duos D. Tokens (lv 2/Dark/Warrior/ATK 800/DEF 800). These tokens cannot be tribute except for a Tribute Summon of a "Destiny HERO" Monster. These tokens cannot be used as Materials for a Synchro Summon.

Warrior/Synchro/Effect
(This cards name is always treated as "Fancy HERO Kosmos".)
"Fancy HERO Micro Kosmos" + 1 "HERO" Non-Tuner Monster
This card can only be Summoned by Synchro Summon, it cannot be summoned any other way. During the turn this card was summoned: this card is unaffected by your opponents card effects. Once per turn: apply one of the following effects:
* This card can attack your opponent directly this turn, if you do battle damage involving this card is halved.
* Until the End-Phase this turn: When this card battles either a Xyz Monster or a Monster whose level is higher than this cards: destroy that monster before applying damage calculation.
* Shuffle 1 "HERO" Monster in your hand into the owners deck: draw 1 card.
When this card leaves the field: reduce all damage you take this turn to 0.
ATK/2400 DEF/2000

Fancy HERO Yuki
lv 4 Water
Warrior/Effect
When this card is summoned add 1 "Fancy Fusion" from your deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can send 1 "Fancy HERO" Monster from your deck to the graveyard; this cards Name, Attribute, ATK and DEF become the same as the sent Monsters. You can only activate one of the following effects of "Fancy HERO Yuki" once per turn and only once that turn.

Activate this card while you control 3 or more "Destiny HERO", "Elemental HERO" or "Fancy HERO" Monsters. Select 1 Monster you control: Increase that cards ATK equal to the combined ATK of all other "HERO" Monsters on your side of the field until the End-Phase this turn.

Wow, thats alot to take in, First off, maybe you should make these cards in the editor (even without pictures if you don't have any), it might make it easier to read. 

 

Elemental HERO Brave Kingdom Neos - To me it seems, easy to fusion, which is great in any fusion deck and its multiple effects make it great in many situations.

 

Fusion Mask - Its a good card, its effect can work really well in an elemental hero deck, though I would suggest changing its effect too ,"Activate this card while you control a "Elemental HERO" or "Masked HERO" Fusion Monster. Add 1 "Polymerization" OR 1 "Mask Change" from either your deck or graveyard to your hand." so that you can still use it in a deck that doesn't have "Masked HERO" and thus no "Mask Change"

 

Destiny HERO Chaos Plasma X - I love to see "Destiny HERO" cards they are a very unappreciated archetype, and I like the effects this card has, though I believe that the ability to take a monster and attach as material is a bit cheap, but with special summoning Meta's out there, I'd be a great advantage.

 

Destiny HERO Proto Plasma - Very interesting monster, my only beef with card is that their levels stay at 8, and while you can't summon other than "Destiny HERO" monsters the turn it's summoned, the turn after, you can have alot of level 8's and alot of XYZ ability, which seems a bit OP.

 

Destiny HERO Duos D. and Destiny HERO Delta D. - I like both of these cards and their effects, bring "Destiny HERO"'s to the modern era, good work on these.

 

BTW I saw the fusions in your signature, I think "Elemental HERO Kingdom Neos" Seems a bit too overpowered for its fusion cost, as its every easy to get out. I like "Masked HERO Kaiser though, its a dark hole, with 3000 atk. I'd be ashame though is "Elemental HERO Absolute Zero" was on the field when you summon it though.

Brave Kingdom Neos - in regard to its Fusion Requirements it still needs a Polymerization to be summoned with Elemental HERO Neos.

Fusion Mask - That's a idea for making the card usable if your not running Masked Hero's, plus I edited the card in regard to it.

Chaos Plasma X - though the effect seems cheap it doesn't get any defensive benefit or anything from it making it a slow looping effect.

Proto Plasma - in regard to that you have to ensure they survive your opponents turn before you can Xyz summon anything else plus with a low 900 ATK on itself it makes it easy pickings for any monster your opponent throws at you.
