OrderInChaos
Level 5 - DARK - Zombie / Effect - ATK 2000 / DEF 0 Cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card was destroyed by battle with an opponent's monster and sent to your Graveyard: Tribute that opponent's monster; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If Summoned this way, this card gains ATK equal to the original ATK of the Tributed monster.
Its effect may seem somewhat nonsensical at first, but it should be fairly obvious how one might get around that problem... Cirrus
Very cool concept and design.Unfortunately, practical usage dictates your opponent probably won't do the thing in question though and will just blow it up with destruction (instead of negating it)... You could try using it yourself with Skill Drain but I feel like that's not very fast. Oh well.
epicmemesbro
Great image. The effect can be nasty to opponents its a bit OP but it can keep your opponent distracted and discurage going on the offensive. Giving you time to set up your main strategy. ezra627
I guess the effect is OP. Because first, a weak card destroys it. Then it gains the attack which is more likely 4000. Then a 4500 attack destroys it. And they it gains 4500! Well, i hope this is limited.
Anti00
Finally a nice answer to skill drain. As far as I know the effects which are activated in the graveyard aren't affected by skill drain. Also, cards like shift and Staunch defender are great cards to force the destruction by battle. You could try using it yourself with Skill Drain but I feel like that's not very fast. Oh well. 100% something you use in Skill Drain or not at all. The main use is of course summoning it and immediately ramming it into the opponent's 3000 ATK dude to get a 5000 ATK monster which can attack immediately... except I just realized that it doesn't have 5000 ATK because that effect is negated (assuming you're using Skill Drain), so yeah, it's hard-to-negate removal for all of your opponent's 2000+atk beaters, but if your opponent has that you might not have tribute fodder. polocatfan
I don't know what to think about this. Is it OP or not?
Ultradragon16
I guess the best way to go about that is to set it?
Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
I agree with most everyone else. Great card for anti-swarm. Skill Drain has a love-hate relationship with this guy. I like how simple it looks while having some fairly complex strategies that benefit from it. The wording needs a little work IMO: Cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card was is destroyed by battle with an opponent's monster and sent to your the Graveyard: Tribute that the opponent's monster that battled this card; Special Summon this card from your the Graveyard, then, if you did, this card gains ATK equal to the original ATK of the Tributed monster. If Summoned this way, this card gains ATK equal to the original ATK of the Tributed monster.
joshyfox1
Everyone is saying it would be great with Skill Drain but I disagree. Wouldn't it come back to the field and not get an attack boost at all because it's effect would then be blanked by Skill Drain? Even if i'm wrong about that part, this card could be reset with say Forbidden Scripture or something like that.
Tinkerer
I think that's what peeps were saying. It would be a good way to get rid of 2000+ atk monsters...unless you keep bringing it back in Def mode.
