Master Hyperion
Special Summon only, although very easy, 1900 ATK beat stick, Heavy Storm effect when destroyed by battle, or atleast, you may hope it is destroyed by battle. Cyber Altair
i have 2 copies of him, easy to summon in my defence deck. art isn't that good. i like the effect, althought it can damage you too.
CrabHelmet
Most of the time, you'd want to activate Heavy Storm during your turn before attacking, which is why the Heavy Storm effects of Gigantes and Malevolent Catastrophe aren't as good as the effects of Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys or Heavy Storm itself. However, it's a Nomi with the easiest Special Summoning condition ever, it has good attack even as a beatstick (kills anything searchable, kills Stratos, kills...anything weaker than a 1900 ATK beatstick), and has a decent extra effect when destroyed. Weakens Megarock, but nobody cares. Obviously not splashable, but excellent in the right deck. The Heavy Storm effect won't hurt you unless you play him at the wrong time. The Dark One
I love this card. His Storm effect rarely is of use, so I don't consider him for that reason. He's 1900 ATK, which can run over most played level 4 monsters. The main thing he has going for him, is his status as a Special Summon. The requirement obviously limits him to an EARTH deck, but is extremely easy to fulfill. He can be Special Summoned and then tributed, or just used Summoned for Swarm. And the art is about as bad as it gets.
