Holon Castform makes 15, and can I say that without the Trainers I can't get what I need. Its called "Deck Slimming", but I still have some other cards to use, and a £20 budget

no, most GOOD pokemon decks run 15 or less. My deck works with only 11 energies. Why? Because I can get them all in my hand in atleast 3 turns.

 

Anyway, I'm not good with Unlimited Format, but I would suggest separating Trainers and Supporters. Other than that, get moar Celio's Network.

OK, found another Celio, I'm removing Bellossom line, and:

+2 Crawdaunt ex

+2 Corphish

OK, what exactly do the Slowpoke do? Also, what set is UF? And if you're only running 3 Celio's you need a Bebe's Search or Proffessor Elm's Training Method. Also, pm me to see a website where you can find out if there is a pokemon league near you.
