Aix
Pay 2000 Life Points; banish any number of face-up monsters, and if you do, each player draws a card for each of their cards banished this way (max. 2). Your opponent takes no damage for the rest of the turn. Is that costed right? It's a +0 unless your opponent is swarming, but it's still extremely powerful non-targeting banishment with the added versatility of being able to banish your own cards. The max. 2 means 2 each. Forest Fire
so you can only banish 2 or the max you can draw, regardless of the number of monsters banished, is 2? either way... it feels... a little off kilter on balance, but ok for the most part, i think. really depends on whether the answer to my question is the former or the latter. Aix
You can banish any number of monsters, each player can only draw up to 2. The idea is that if your opponent is overextending, they only get 2 draws and no more. Also, you can abuse this too much by drawing a ton of cards either. Forest Fire
damn. that changes things, while yes you can only draw 2, you can literally banish your opponent's entire line up for 2000 life points. that's... op. while yes you can't hit them, you have with one card and 1/4 of your life points removed any field advantage they might have had. If your opponent has a lot of monsters on the field like that, they are likely overextending. Otherwise, they can recover with the draw. I feel you are underestimating hand advantage. Darj
I think this is fine. The costs should be enough to balance the pseudo-nuke. Also banishing your own cards to draw and speed up by a bit is an interesting perk.
