UltimateIRS
Here's a set that I'm sorta building for something of some sort.

Dark Generic LV3 DARK, Level 3 Fiend/Effect This card is always treated as a “Reality Zero” card. You can only use the (2) effect of “Dark Generic LV3” once per turn. (1) During your End Phase, if you banished a “Reality Zero” card face-up this turn: You can send this face-up card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 “Dark Generic LV5” from your hand or Deck. (2) You can banish this card from your Graveyard; send 1 “Reality Zero” card from your Deck to the Graveyard, except “Dark Generic LV3”. ATK 940/DEF 670

Dark Generic LV5 DARK, Level 5 Fiend/Effect This card is always treated as a “Reality Zero” card. You can only use the (2) effect of “Dark Generic LV5” once per turn. (1) During your End Phase, if this card destroyed a monster by battle this turn: You can send this face-up card you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 “Dark Generic LV7” from your hand or Deck. (2) During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 “Dark Generic LV3” from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except “Reality Zero” monsters. ATK 1990/DEF 1270

Dark Generic LV7 DARK, Level 7 Fiend/Effect This card is always treated as a “Reality Zero” card. You can only use the (2) effect of “Dark Generic LV7” once per turn. (1) Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; halve that monster's ATK and DEF, and if you do, you can send 1 “Reality Zero” card from your Deck to the Graveyard. (2) During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 “Dark Generic LV5” from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except “Reality Zero” monsters. ATK 2640/DEF 1870

Entropy Black Knight LIGHT, Level 4 Scale 1/1 You can only use the (2) Pendulum effect of “Entropy Black Knight” once per turn. (1) You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except “Reality Zero” monsters. This effect cannot be negated. (2) If you control a face-up “Entropy White Knight”: You can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. Warrior/Pendulum/Effect This card is always treated as a “Reality Zero” card. You can only use the (2) monster effect of “Entropy Black Knight” once per turn. (1) If this card and “Entropy White Knight” are used for an Xyz Summon, you can treat them as Level 5 monsters. (2) You can banish this card from your Extra Deck; add 1 “Entropy White Knight” from your Deck to your hand. ATK 1610/DEF 1610

Entropy White Knight DARK, Level 4 Scale 7/7 You can only use the (2) Pendulum effect of “Entropy White Knight” once per turn. (1) You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except “Reality Zero” monsters. This effect cannot be negated. (2) If you control a face-up “Entropy Black Knight”: You can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. Warrior/Pendulum/Effect This card is always treated as a “Reality Zero” card. You can only use the (2) monster effect of “Entropy White Knight” once per turn. (1) If this card and “Entropy Black Knight” are used for an Xyz Summon, you can treat them as Level 3 monsters. (2) You can banish this card from your Extra Deck; add 1 “Entropy Black Knight” from your Deck to your hand. ATK 1610/DEF 1610

Black Hole Dragon DARK, Rank 5 Dragon/Xyz/Effect 3 Level 5 monsters This card is always treated as a “Reality Zero” card and an “Imaginary Number” card. (1) Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; attach that monster to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. (2) If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: Target that monster in the Graveyard; attach it to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. (3) If this face-up card would be destroyed by your opponent’s card (either by battle, or by card effect), you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. ATK 2560/DEF 2140

It's a work in progress, so do let me know if you see anything that needs tweaking and/or any design pitfalls I'll want to stay away from (barring the creation of obviously stupid cards). Progenitor
Plz no. Those stats make calculating damage a nightmare. Also why don't you just put "Reality Zero" in all of their names? It just seems unnecessary at this point. And why Is Black Hole Dragon treated as an "Imaginary Number"? What even is that?
Tinkerer
Oh gosh... Black hole Dragon... I know it takes 3 monsters to summon, but unless it's banished or returned, it's nigh unkillable... As for the rest, I agree with Prog in that you should just call them "Reality zero" (unless you have a reason for not doing so?). As for the stats... The practical side in me is having a seizure, but the childish side of me is laughing hysterically. All I can say is do what you will. For the cards themselves, I'm glad to see a strong use of the lv mechanic, however I would recommend some kind of "wormhole" card to bring your banished cards back (to the grave or deck) for more uses. Just my 2 cents.
