Blake
Now, with Tribute Lanius being revealed and cementing RR as the best Utopia Engine (though likely an inferior way to run RR themselves), it kills any lingering thoughts people have that Utopia Ray is superior to Utopia ONE/Prime. Prime was already the better of the two, but people refused to believe that a potentially live 2510/2000 was better than a rarely ever live 2500/2000. Tribute Lanius just seals the deal. Toffee.
With regards to said Utopia engine... You think NOW Generation Force might see play? Since, ya'know, it searches Change Tactics.
evilfusion
Being a Quick-Play RUM, even if it only works on Numbers that have C counterparts, is what makes this card good. I've mostly only used it in RUM Gogogo as a tech, since I was running so many Rank-Up monsters, and this card usually helps win games or avoid losses, such as when my 101 ran into a Magic Cylinder, only to become C101 instead and dodge it. Battle Phase shenanigans are wonderful. Make 101, absorb monster, hit directly, RUM, C101 hit directly.
