Darj
. 2 Level 2 monstersWhile this card has Xyz Material, the battle position of monsters you control cannot be changed by your opponent's card effects, also all monsters you control gain 200 ATK during your Battle Phase only. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Attack Position monster on the field; change it to face-up Defense Position, and if you do, its battle position cannot be changed. The first effect makes your monsters immune to the first effect of Enemy Controller and whatnot, while granting a cute ATK boost. The second effect is a handy Quick Effect that can stop an opponent's monster from attacking, certain cards such as Lyla from using their effects, or can be used defensively in a pinch by shifting a monster you control to Defense and prevent you from taking heavy damage. In addition, unlike most position-changing effects, this is not temporary, which should give it an edge. Both effects are more or less a reference to Risalkia encouraging the frontline to hold its position and boost their morale, while threatening/discouraging the opposing army. Also, I thought on the ATK boost after looking at the artwork: the effect is the same as "Banner of Courage". So, to add a bit of flavor to the card, it could be said that the flag on Risalkia's spear is an adapted banner of courage, or at leats depicts the same symbol in the banner, but cannot be seen in the artwork. To be honest, I mostly made this card thinking in Astral Force and how it would be hilarous to make: this --> Deltheros --> Constellarknight Diamond --> Ptolemy --> Gaia Dragoon For maximum Xyz evolving. All just for fun. Thoughts?
evil cucumber
For a casual game, this should be pretty fun. As for the meta impact, i think its too weak to do something, its easily overtaken by Centaurea. The only decks i can see teching this are agents and frogs, but still...they would probably just go gachi gachi or that rank 2 daigusto.
Darj
To be fair, I tried to take a "defense and disruption" approach with this card by stopping attacks, so I don't think it can be directly compared with Centaurea or Gachi, and I don't want to make it as offensive as Centaurea because then it could outclass it or at least conflict with its spot in the ED, instead of contributing to the expansion of the Rank2 pool. I can't make it too good either or it could get stupid with Astral Force. For instance, if it had a removal effect and then evolved into Deltheros, Ptolemaios, Excalibur, etc. it might end up as a problem card.

Toffee.
Find it amusing how this card forces a permenent battle position, instead of usual antics that would otherwise remove cards.Seems pretty amusing because you could kinda' sorta' clog up the Opponent's moves, provided, they never used the monsters for anything. Darj
Kind of a late reply but yes, you would need 3 of these but you could lock the opponent's field as long it doesn't remove its monsters by itself. Anyways, and hopefully it is not too late to be considered a necrobump, but bringing this card up because I realized how silly it would be with Ptolemaios: This + Astral Force = 3-material Ptolemaios --> any Rank5, namely CyDra Nova --> Infinity.
