JessicaMuddy
I will post more the further on I get into the story.
3 Level 4 LIGHT Monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing damage to your opponent. When this card attacks or is attacked, while your Life Points are 1000 or less: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target the opponent's monster that is battling this card; Its ATK and DEF become 0 until the end of the Battle Phase.

When an attack would cause your Life Points to become 0 while you control a face-up "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon": You can negate that attack, then Xyz Summon this card by using a "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If this card is Xyz Summoned during your opponent's Battle Phase: End the Battle Phase. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; All monsters you control gain 500 ATK, also your opponent takes 500 damage for each monster you control.

You can target 1 "Utopia" monster you control; equip this card from your hand to that target. When this card is equipped to a "Utopia" monster: Negate the effects of all face-up monsters on the field, and if you do, the equipped monster monster gains 300 ATK for each.

2 Level 6 Monsters This monster gains 200 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to this card. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle; You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Banish up to 5 monsters from your opponent's Graveyard. Lumin567
Since you're posting In advanced, I assume I have a right to comment on your cards even if they're for a story Lancer is a fine piece of support for utopia thematic decks. Didn't Make my head explode in wonder, but is a decent alternative to ray. I know these are for anime style stories, but dragons first effect is still cringe-worthily gimmicky. It's second effect is quite good, works well in swarm decks. Maybe a bit too well, but I can't really judge. Decent, but could be abused by B.A Two fairly average but fine cards. Can we know what the story is? It kind of defeats the purpose of you don't tell us but post the cards.
JessicaMuddy
I can't really spoil too much, but let's just say it involves Yuma dueling against some new Numbers, which I might post in Casual Cards, since... Yeah... Conditional as hell. Also, you can nuke Leviathan Dragon to summon C17, just to make it a bit more practical. But maybe should I only make its ATK boost work on Xyz? I'm not really sure. Progenitor
I've got nothing really to say about lancer. It's pretty straightforward, and as was previously said, a nice alternative to Ray. As for leviathan.....so it's just stardust Re-spark, but less conditional and a bit nerfed...I mean...I guess. I think it would be cooler to make a Rank-Up-Magic that acts like Re-Spark rather than just plop it on a monster in your Extra Deck....just seems a bit....unorthodox, but to each their own. Either way though: It needs to end the battle phase. If your opponent is attacking for game over number 17, then when you use this it will actually have 500-1000 less attack since you don't get the boosts from 17, and so all your opponent needs to do is attack again and it's still game. Granted they have to have a monster that has 500-1000 less attack than the one that was negated, but still, that's not too unheard of. Other than that it's just a slightly better version of Giga-Brilliant.....not very impressive for a Chaos Number, but it works.

I will make it so that if its Summoned during your opponent's Battle Phase, it will end it, but not on your own Battle Phase. What could I do to buff it, other than the obvious Summoning Condition fix?
