You can Discard 1 Beast-Type monster: Special Summon this card(from your hand) in attack Position. At the end of your turn, if this card did not destroy an Opponent's monster by battle this turn, the ATK of this card becomes 1000 until your next Standby Phase. If this card destroys an Opponent's monster by battle, you can add 1 Level 4 Beast-Type monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Schwesen Hundog". If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can Discard 1 Beast-Type monster OR Banish 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard instead.

Google Translate of English to German;
Black -> Schwarz
Creature/nature/thing/etc -> Wesen
Dog/Hound -> Hund
So really, this card's name could be seen as 'Black Thing DogDog'

But anyway...
This is basically a herpderpspam idea of sorts in the form of Beast-Type support, but forces itself to be a guinea pig by throwing itself out there and seeing what happens, in hopes of you being able to search something. 'Course, it has self-protection, but heres the thing; If you do Discard a Beast for it, it would just mean your search is a +0. You could also Banish a DARK in the Graveyard; Beasts are more EARTH then anything else. So maybe I'm just encouraging some weird hybrid idea or something. Who knows.
Anyway, if you don't use this to actually run over something, it becomes vulnerable afterwords(unless you use it as fodder for things/etc)

So really....

Just make of this card as you see fit.

The discard for its inherent Summon hurts a bit too much in my opinion. Sure, it sets stuff like Chain Dog in grave for beastspam tricks, but that's like its only positive interaction if I remember correctly. The card would be more appealing if it could drop itself without a cost. For instance, when another Beast-Type is Normal Summoned or something like that.

The searching effect should be fine, since destroying by battle makes it slow. And the protection is cute but I wouldn't call it unfair, especially when you would have to tech DARKs or play silly variants to make the most from it.

TECHNICALLY I gave this card a counterpart of sorts that can go hand in-hand with it.
I just chose to leave this card by itself for the sake of a topic.
Plus, part of me felt this card would be weird if it could one-up Photon Trasher, if only from a standalone perspective. Or something like that.
