Can only be Normal Summoned if your opponent controls a DIVINE monster. All DIVINE monsters effects are negated. If this cards battles with a DIVINE monster that monster ATK become 0 during the damage calculation only. And honestly, only Obelisk is really used lately. Slifer is iffy, and because Konami decided to be stupid, Ra isn't getting used except for some OTK thing.
