Synchro Conscription
Spell/Normal
Reveal 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, and if you do, add 1 monster whose name is listed on that card as a Synchro Material Monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand, but for the rest of this turn, you cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon monsters, or activate the effects of monsters, except a monster with the same name as that monster added to your hand by this effect or a monster that was Synchro Summoned using that monster added to your hand by this effect. You can only activate 1 "Synchro Conscription" per turn.

Well to be honest the cost is a little bit high fora card so specific. So basically it only searches for archetypal cards, which is good, but with an insane cost.

 

Even with the updated text you've given, it's still far too specific as to what you can do with the rest of your turn.

 

I've given you a version of the card that would be incredibly useful, and probably end up being a 10$ secret because of trolly plays. This way, the cost is a bit more reasonable, and the card itself is a tad bit more versatile.

It's definitely an interesting idea, but as stated above, I cant see anything but synchrons playing this. Here is a rewording without changing the effect:

 

Reveal 1 Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, then add, from your Deck or Graveyard, to your hand, 1 monster that is listed as a Synchro Material Monster on that revealed Synchro Monster. You cannot Summon/Set monsters, or activate monster effects this turn, except the effect(s) of a monster with the same name as the monster added to your hand this way. You can only activate 1 "Synchro Conscription" per turn.

 

I removed the last part about a synchro monster summoned using the added monster as a material, because, as it is, you wouldnt be able to ss the synchro in the first place
