Sleepy
FLIP: If this card was not Flip Summoned, destroy all monsters on the field. The card's rulings should be straight-forward enough. Once you set it, you will need to have your opponent flip it for you (most commonly via battle), or flip it yourself by a card effect (Book of Taiyou, Ghostrick Panic, Nebula Meteor, etc). Cards like Fossil Dynna might as well be doing this much of the time with higher stats and the chance to have monsters spared. Cards like Man-Eater Bug don't see play or even Snowman Eater. Even Cyber Jar is theorized to not have a huge impact on the game should it ever come off the list. Based on the above, I'm confident enough that this card would not break the current game. However, I'd also like to know if in theory.... how far back in the game does one need to go for this card to be a problem? Part of the reason I'm posting this concept is because I'm trying to come up with an over-extension punishing effect that's splashable enough and evades the need of list attention as much as possible.
