Thomas★Zero
1 "Elemental HERO" Monster + 1 Earth MonsterMust be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponent activates a card effect: banish 1 "HERO" Monster from your graveyard and negate the activation of that card and destroy it. When this card leaves the field, Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster banished by this card effect.
Echochan
The card seems a bit overpowered. I would make it a little weaker like 2000 or less ATK, and would change the second effect and also i made some OCG fixes. The effect changes are in bold and the OCG fixes are in italic: 1 "(Elemental)* HERO" Monster + 1 Earth MonsterMust be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Banishing a HERO is not a cost anymore, but a effect. Also, it makes the card more balanced, imo.
