[Archtype] IceBurns

IceBurn cards centre around a few things, one of these is continuously targeting your opponents cards, usually to negate or disrupt some part of that card, Destruction of cards, and as the name implies; burning your opponent.

IceBurn has been Condensed for DP, please do not add the other members to DP.

[spoiler=Lore Stuffs]

IceBurn is a Nation, governed by it's equivalent of "royalty" and "gods". Geography they live on an Island/Continent that they built and maintain themselves.
Isena, the place where IceBurn lives, has little wild-life and less vegetation but it is adequate for it's citizens to live on. Dawn Rock and Freedom Phoenix are examples of fauna on the Island.
Iceburn citizens all have an affinity towards an element, WATER and/or FIRE. Citizens pick jobs biased upon their affinities and are thus, quite good at what they do. For example, Magma Glow isn't a person or citizen of the IceBurn Nation, but rather a job that citizens with the right affinities would be able to choose. IceBurn Leaders on the other hand are more given their Job at a latter date and have their Name in the Card name, rather then their position or job (eg, Adranus, has her name in the card name, rather then her equivalent position of queen).
While most members are not in their military, everyone gets some form of training for combat within their job.
 
[spoiler=1: The three topmost leaders of IceBurn]
Military- Dragon Warrior, who losses their name upon entering the position. Generally someone from the military that has both affinities for WATER and FIRE and shows great leadership qualities. 
King/Queen of FIRE- atm this is Adranus. Adranus coincidently comes from a military background and would have become the Dragon Warrior, if she had a greater affinity for WATER. 
King/Queen of WATER- atm this is Alignak. He did not come from the military, however is both a great politician and leader.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=2: Next Highest Leaders]
Diplomat and also Head of Isena's construction/Maintenance- named 'The Catalyst', Razor holds this position and is quite young for such important role.
Leader of the FIRE half of the Military: named "Flame Master", Achle.
Leader of the WATER half of the Military: named "Freeze Master", Quinas.[/spoiler]
 
Dawn Rock, is an actual, living rock, sometimes used in the military. Is akin to a dog of sorts.
Freedom Phoenix, is a symbol, similar to the USA's Bald Eagle. Phoenix's are actually birds on Isena, but the monster card more refers to citizens rallying under the symbol or a flag.
Both of the Spirits are actually spirits of major wars the IceBurn have had.
Stealth Unit is an AI robot that is used in the military to train/protect it's troops, from the very hush-hush, science department.
Lazer Fighter is like a mech suit... also from science department[/spoiler]

I'd like some clarification on Healious, does the effect prevent the cards' effects to be activated, or just the card itself if the card is Set?

 

Also, do the effects linger even if Healious leaves the field?

Text: During your opponent's turn, you can Target 1 card on the field: that card cannot be activated, nor can it declare an attack. Only 1 card can be Targeted by this effect at a time.

I'd like some clarification on Healious, does the effect prevent the cards' effects to be activated, or just the card itself if the card is Set?

 

Also, do the effects linger even if Healious leaves the field?

 

a) Healious says nothing about the effects of the card, just that the card itself cannot be activated, as such that part of the effect is only useful if the target is a face-down S/T card

 

b) In short: No.

In full: Healious' (and most other IceBurn cards) targeting is continuous, so as long as the target is a valid target (and there is no pre-set expiration time), it will remain targeted while Healious is face-up and not being negated.
