My idea for a "rogue" monster, sort of like Lava and Grinder Golem, combined with Mushroom Man #2. A monster that can help, or hinder. Manipulating the positions of monster on your field, you could unleash an attack, or get rid of a pesky Spell/Trap card. Keep in mind, your opponent can do the same thing on their turn...

Lore: 1 Insect-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fish-Type monsters
When this monster is Summoned, flip all face-down monsters on the field face-up. No monster effects are activated at this time. If there are more monsters on the field in Attack Position than Defense Position, this card must attack your opponent's monster with the weakest ATK during the next Battle Phase. If there are more monsters on the field in Defense Position than Attack Position, destroy one of your opponent's Spell or Trap cards. During the End Phase of your turn, this monster is banished. This monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field during the Standby Phase of the next turn.

To be honest, I don't particularly see how you can get this card out without sacrificing a lot of consistency in your Deck.

There are suitable Tuner monsters and definitely non-Tuners, but I don't see any that can work together nicely.

Granted, it can mess with Shaddolls and if they're still relevant, Ghostricks and Rocks, upon summoning, but that's it.

As for the S/T destruction effect, you need to mention WHEN/HOW the effect activates. Does it automatically trigger, or can you choose to activate the effect.

--

In most cases, assuming that you even get this out, it'll most likely be using its forced "attack the weakest monster" effect.

Effects are alright, but definitely inconsistent with how you're supposed to get it out in the first place.

It can be done, but not without being severely disorganized.

If you want S/T removal, then just use MST or something.

Or, you can make this card be mass-removal for its ridiculous material cost. And great, you flipped things face-up. It has SUCH an impact on the metagame.

Sakura is correct, you really must consider how garbage our insect tuners are, and how little consistency an Insect and Fish deck would have.

It's like the Anime Dark Synchro monsters, that are basically all garbage.

Also, it has this effect that locks it into making silly battles. Not very viable. Let's give it Garlandolf's effect, slightly modified, and I'm sure that this card will keep its flavor.

I understand that you want to do here, and I totally respect that, but I would do it like so.

You have a lot of choices when it comes to the effects of monster effects activating upon Special Summon.

This is IMO; please draw inspiration if you want.

2900 / 2900

1 Insect-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fish-Type monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: Destroy all set monsters on the field, then, if you do, this card gains 100 ATK for each card destroyed by this effect. If all monsters your opponent controls are in defense position, this card can attack your opponent's life points directly. During the End Phase: You can destroy 1 Spell/Trap card on the field, but if you do, banish this card until your next Standby Phase (even if face-down).

Or, I would also do:

1 Insect-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fish-Type monsters When this card is Special Summoned: Change all face-down Defense Position monsters on the field to face-up Defense Position (Flip monsters' effects are not activated at this time). If this card attacks a defense position monster, that monster cannot be destroyed by that battle, also, this card will inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Once per turn, if there are more defense position monsters on the field than attack position monsters: You can destroy 1 Spell/Trap card on the field, then, if you do, this card gains 300 ATK. During the End Phase, banish this card. During your next Standby Phase: Special Summon this card banished by this effect.
