Ruffian Railcar

Once per turn: You can inflict 500 damage to your opponent. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. During the End Phase, if this card is in the Graveyard because it was sent there this turn: You can add 1 Level 10 EARTH Machine-Type monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Ruffian Railcar" once per turn.

Aside from Railyard, this is clearly the best card in the deck.
However, This card's "usefulness" boils down to 1 of 2 options-
The first being your obvious Railyard play that instantly grabs This card from the Deck/etc.
The second is that you have some gimmicky way to search/Discard/Mill/etc this card, and plan to instantly enable it's searching effect.
Both options have there pros and cons, and typically leave the Deck being somewhere between gimmicky and weird.

If there was something like Deep Space Cruiser 9 the deck had, it would be a little easier to trigger when you wanted, but waiting for the End Phase definitely hurts it a little. Not enough to not keep it at three, but a little. It DOES work very nicely with set Call of the Haunted your opponent tries to MST, though.
