Anyway, it looked a tad bit too good tbh, though maybe it's just me. With the field out, you can field this as a 2400 ATK behemoth that would spin anything that threatens it while returning itself to the hand so you can repeat it again and again. Think of it like a normal summonable pleiades that spins.

Also, once again, the flavor is as bitter as uncooked chocolate.

Chateau only return stuff spun from the Graveyard to the hand. If he spun himself or any other Madolche, they'd be gone for good, except when Ticket adds them.

 

Flavor is a pun on [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goug%C3%A8re]Gougère[/url] and gore. The heads are like gougères, but gory. :>

 

He's not your usual Madolche, he's a Fiend-Type.

Then I'll change my argument to Ticket. Ticket ensures you to reuse this over and over again.

 

It doesn't make sense as a madolche still for not having the french royalty theme. And this won't even help them move from OTK to control as it'll be used as either something to sit on before you OTK, extra 2400 damage in the OTK, or a way to make sure you can't return from the OTK when it's summoned via ticket.
