Unless you have a "Magician", "Odd-Eyes" or "Performapal" card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 4.
Monster Effect: When you would either take effect or battle damage, you can discard this card from your hand; reduce that damage to 0. You can send this card from your hand face-up to the Extra Deck; add 1 face-up "Preformapal" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck except "Performapal Odd-Eyes Kuriboh". You can only activate this effect of "Preformapal Odd-Eyes Kuriboh" effects once per turn.

I'm pretty sure we don't have any such cards as "Preformapals".

We have "Performapals", though.
As for this card, it doesn't really do anything original, save for the sending from the Extra Deck bit. It's of a Level that can't be Pendulum Summoned (until we get Scale 0 cards), and current Performapal Decks don't need a card that can barely be utilized in it, since they rarely run Odd-Eyes or Magicians.
But I'm sure your "Preformapals" archetype works differently. I can't wait to see more "Preformapals".
