Face McShooty
Now I know his effect is a little OP'd... but if you've played Watch Dogs, other than Aiden and Damien, Defalt is the most OP'd hacker in the game If your opponent controls more monsters that you do, you can Normal Summon this without Tributing. While this card remains in Attack Position, neither player can activate Spell/Trap Cards.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
If your opponent controls more monsters that you do, you can Normal Summon this without Tributing. While this card remains in Attack Position, neither player can activate Spell/Trap Cards. In essence, this card acts like a Cyber Dragon of sorts with a decent Level 6 body and shuts down S/Ts entirely while it exists on the field. If released, this card would basically shut down a good amount of Decks that already exist, unless your opponent doesn't use S/T cards or has a monster with +2300 ATK to kill this. This is a bigger floodgate than that of Denko Sekka (or close to it; at least you can still set S/Ts with this out). It can be run over by common monsters nowadays, yes, but also keep in mind its effect essentially turns things into pure monster battles, like in the old days. --- I haven't played the game, so basically grading this on its design merit. Although unlike Jinzo and Spell Canceller, this card doesn't already negate existing S/Ts on the field.
