Thomas★Zero
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkPFs5J4BfsBlade of HopeSpell CardActivate this card while you control no Monsters and your life points are 4000 or less. Special Summon 1 Warrior-Type Monster either from your graveyard or face-up from your Extra Deck while ignoring any summoning conditions it may have, if summoned this way: increase that cards ATK equal to its level/Rank x 200. When the summoned monster leaves the field: banish it. You can only activate "Blade of Hope" once per turn.
Cirrus
The "ignoring summoning conditions" part is ... uh, really really dangerous. Especially when you play this in the same deck with HERO Alive (a hero lives) because you can just go instant proc into this. 'm not sure how to fix it though. 'm not sure how to fix it though.can you explain by what Proc means to understand what your referring to.Edit: Unless you mean Proceed, you can't as it still needs you to control no Monsters for it to be activated where it won't allow you it instantly be accessible if you use a HERO Lives to summon a Monster first. Cirrus
I mean that the second part of the condition (the actually limiting part) will be nigh-instantly fulfilled. Commonly you go HERO Alive 1st or 2nd turn to fetch a Shadow Mist and such, and after your big Xyz is cleared you can just play this into Masked HERO Acid or Absolute Zero or the card of your choice to absolutely ruin your opponent's day. No Mask Change or Miracle Fusion necessary! The only thing the banishing clause really puts a damper in is Shining abuse and that's about it.
