Neutrality Man
When a face-up "Red-Eyes" monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon that monster, ignoring the Summoning conditions.
Azuh
Its bad, we already have Call and that doesnt activate when a certain monster is destroyed
Peridank
Its bad, we already have Call and that doesnt activate when a certain monster is destroyed Uhhh... No... You see.. Call can: A: Clog the field B: Stopped by met And C: And will place it in attack This does not apply to any of those. I haven't seen all the new red eyes support so... I can't say for sure what this card can do sadly.

Besides, we have this now: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Return_of_Red-Eyes
.Rooster
This card is dumb. Just use some of the millions of other cards that revive monsters like this the same way.
玄魔の王
If they did release it, they'd likely give it the same makeover as Stardust Flash: "Target 1 "Red-Eyes" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, ignoring the summoning conditions." In which case it's a little better, but Return still wins.

Besides, we have this now: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Return_of_Red-Eyes I have yet to look over the new support as stated... I didn't know if this card can prove useful with it or not. I was simply stating that call is a different card entirely. (I remember that cards original effect... Nope...)
Toffee.
Uhhh... No... You see.. Call can:A: Clog the fieldB: Stopped by metAndC: And will place it in attackA, if your using Call in the first place, you will likely not care if it somehow winds up being left on the field.B, this is slower then Call, and only goes off in a specific way. This being hit by MST will be more of a thing in this case.C, Given the fact that Red-Eyes monsters tend to have more ATK then DEF, you would typically place them in Attack Mode regardless. Lonk
The only thing this card has going for it is that it can revive Nomis. Considering that the Nomis are terrible, though... This card flat-out sucks.
