Black Temple Gaurdian
The picture is that of vanilla Red-Eyes B. Dragon. The first effect is badly worded, but I think you've made it a Nomi. Which makes its third effect useless since its second kills itself too.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 3 FIRE Dragon-Type monsters and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy all other monsters on the field. Once per turn: You can Tribute 2 FIRE Dragon-Type monsters; until the End Phase, this card's ATK is halved and it can attack your opponent directly. Based on the effect wording, I've rewritten it properly. Indeed, the second effect essentially kills itself; so why go to the trouble of sacrificing 3 monsters for something that won't be on the field, and cannot be revived later? TBH, there aren't too many FIRE Dragons used nowadays that can work properly without screwing consistency. Additionally, you could probably get away with not having the tribute cost to strike directly; 1600 damage is still reasonable to deal with, but not overwhelming enough to warrant it. Now if you were using its full 3200 or something, then yeah you'd need it here. --- Keep in mind that Red-Eyes is a DARK monster (this is FIRE), so if the idea was to make it work with the others; you didn't do so well here. Also keep in mind removal is very common, so a bit of effect protection might be of use here; considering the requirements.
