Giga makes Traptrix

You can shuffle 1 "Hole" Normal Trap Card from your graveyard into your Deck; Add 1 "Traptrix" Monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Traptrix Drosera" once per turn.

This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can send 1 "Traptrix" monster from your Deck to your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, if you control 3 or more set cards in your Spell & Trap Zone: Draw a card.

Once per turn, you can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; destroy it, and if you do, you can Normal Summon 1 "Traptrix" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set.

This card is unaffected by the effects of "Hole" Normal Trap Cards. If you activate a "Hole" Normal Trap Card (except during the Damage Step): "Traptrix" monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's monster effects, and cannot be destroyed by battle. These changes last until the end of your next turn.

Drosera is a common variety of carnivorous plant, while Conothele is a type of Trapdoor Spider.

Dorsera - Its  nice because the pendulum isn't too prone to getting stopped (at least in my opinion).

The monster effect is meh a monster foolish is always nice would've been cooler if it send a trap hole trap card too. It would help Dionaea come up with some fun combos.

Not sure how I feel about the Special Summon effect, on one hand it doesn't seem that great, but then you notice not a OpTc anywhere. So you could pendulum 3 and get 3 draws

Conotele - Pendulum effect should probably read "You can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; destroy it, and if you do, during this turn you can Normal Summon 1 "Traptrix" monsters in addition to your Normal Summon/Set." You can only can this effect once per turn."

Helps clear up rather or not the summon happens as soon as the card is destroyed.

Have you thought about making the monster effect a  continuous? It could really surprise (trick!) the opponent if they go to destroy a Traptrix with monster effect, and you chain something to summon this.

Good work with them though. Traptrix have been a "fan-favorite" of mine for a while now it's cool when they get support.

BTW did you know all the Traptrix monster's ATK/DEF add up to 2800, or was you just changing that with the Pendulums ;)

The monster foolish is powerful because it sets up Dio's normal summon effect, which is vastly better than her ss effect.

The draw is equally useful with Dio, as well as Nepenthes.

On Conotele, the wording is based on Constellar Pollux. Might be wrong, idk. I will look into it later.

The effect triggering on activation is based on Nepenthes. also, if it were continuous, it could cause problematic locks.

Of course foolish effects are powerful I wasn't doubting it. I was commenting on how it could be better by allowing to send a Hole Trap card too.

The problem with Conotele is the way you have it worded. It makes it confusing (to me at least) because in psct the phrase "and if you do" means the effects would occur at the same time. Which makes it seem like as soon as you destroy the pendulum you would need to normal summon at the same time. What I was trying to do was make it so you could use the Normal Summon at any point. (Of course I'm not saying it is 100% worded right that way either.)
