DS stands for Dark Shining. 3 Level 6 DARK monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 5 "Utopia" monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If you Xyz Summoned other monsters during the turn this card was Xyz Summoned, it cannot attack this turn. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle it into the Deck. If this card has a "Utopia" monster as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect. ● If you control no other monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. Heck, it even says "Dark" in the name! Anyway, the attacking clause is fair, since you can rank-up into S39 (The Lightning), then straight into this. I personally think the Spell/Trap negation is a bit much, though I'm not sure what it could be changed into. The final effect is almost guaranteed to be in effect, and it seems like something Yuma would actually use, which is a nice touch. I honestly didn't know what the S standed for, though yeah, it is kind of weird that it's called that, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't a normal Chaos-styled monster, and it is meant to be an upgrade to S39. Maybe I could name it "DS" instead, which would stand for Dark Shining or something. As for the negation effect, maybe I could detach 2 Xyz Material instead? Both of those changed work, the Dark Shining reminds me of that one Dark Zexal Weapon in the anime, so it also makes sense to have at least one of each. The 2 Xyz Materials is also fair, since you're gonna be Xyz Summoning summoning this guy with 4 monsters as Xyz Materials. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
